Visviri (in Aymará: wiswiri, 'hum of the wind') is the capital of the commune of General Lagos, in the province of Parinacota, Region of Arica and Parinacota, in the extreme northeast of Chile (4069 m.a.s.l.). It is the northernmost town in Chile and where the tripartite border with Bolivia, Chile, and Peru is located.
Visviri (en Aymará: wiswiri, ‘zumbido del viento’) es la capital de la comuna de General lagos, en la provincia de Parinacota, Region de Arica y Parinacota, al extremo noreste de Chile.(4069 msnm). Es el poblado más septentrional de Chile y en donde se encuentra la frontera tripartita con Bolivia, Chile y Perú.
